I'm watching my 5 year old niece play Arkham City

It very different than watching my 7 year old nephew play; he likes staying in one place and throw the remote controlled batarangs at enemies. My niece likes to explore and fight the guys as long as they aren’t in a huge group; she even likes to silently takedown enemies too. Right now I have the Batman: TAS skins activateds since I usually watch some old episodes on my PVR.

I'm nearly at level 50 in Skyrim

But I have a question, what happens when you do reach the level cap. Do the rest of your skills stop leveling up or does it mean that you can’t earn anymore perks?
