I feel asleep two hours earlier but I woke up feeling like my body is in water being pulled down. Not to mention I’m feeling out of breath, I don’t know why though; for one I don’t drink or smoke. The last few weeks have been stressful though, I find myself over exerting by body from all the heavy lifting that I’ve been doing and I was never good at lifting things. This all started last February when I had this gnarly nightmare; my heart was beating really fast and hard after that so it hasn’t been the same after that. I was going to see the doctor this past week but I’ve just been so damn busy. Maybe tomorrow I’ll finally go see one.
