As you can see, you can take screen shots of mostly everything displayed the PS Vita’s screen with the exception of PSP games. All you neen to do is press the PS home and start buttons at the same time. Tumblr’s dashboard works really well with the Vita’s browser but it would be nice to get a dedicated app.
