Vergil’s Downfall combo video.

Just completed DmC’s Vergil’s Downfall DLC and I have to say it worth the wait. Vergil’s Downfall takes place after the events of DmC; Vergil is weakened and some how finds himself in both a personal/literal hell. Vergil kind of plays the way he did in Devil May Cry with emphasis on teleportation. However he doesn’t have repertoire of moves or weapons that Dante possess. That being said, Vergil doesn’t really come into his own until the second mission when he earns his angel powers. You can say that he’s more trickier to use that Dante. The environments themselves are very beautiful and chaotic with the environments constantly falling apart. There is a lot of floating islands in the Downfall which makes is more platformy than the main game; I found myself falling down a lot as well. Vergil’s Downfall can be completed in 3 hours but I didn’t really mind that much. Overly I thought it was very satisfying but my only real complaint is that you can’t play Vergil in the Blood Palace mode. Vergil’s Downfall worth a look if you feel like expanding your experience with DmC.
